We begin all of our investigations by compiling an accurate case profile using a variety of investigative techniques including online inquiries, database searches, and in some instances, witness interviews and claimant statements. Investigations usually continue to surveillance and in some occassions undercover operations.
We work very closely with adjusters, examiners, and claims managers to ensure that all of our investigations are conducted within the parameters set forth by the insurer.
Clients are given secure, encrypted access to our online database allowing them to track cases in real time from anywhere they have an internet connection or mobile phone support available to them.
The client is furnished with copies of all photographic and video surveillance (typically on DVD) and a detailed, written summary of the investigator's findings.
The complete case file is kept in house for a predetermined time and then in an off-site secure storage facility for long term storage.
