Privacy/PIPEDA Compliance
Mitchell Partners Investigation Services values the importance of maintaining strict integrity when it comes to our document and information control procedures.
Our processes are regularly inspected and audited by independent, third party consultants.
We have been found to be in full compliance with PIPEDA.
Our processes exceed the minimum requirements specified in the Statutes and related Regulations.
We are currently recognized as an Investigative Body as defined in PIPEDA. Many investigation agencies do not have this designation.
Our “Investigative Body” designation allows us to collect, use, and disclose personal information on a non-consensual basis in compliance with PIPEDA. The Investigative Body status also gives organizations the authority to provide us with personal information related to subjects being investigated, and for us to in turn disclose the information we collect to our clients.
